Christmas Cut-Off Dates
Sending gifts this Christmas? Here's our guide when you need to order them so they have the best chance of arriving by Christmas day.

Please note the above dates are our best guide and are based on metro addresses only. If based in a rural area we recommend ordering even earlier. Disclaimer: Please allow one business day for order processing.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to dispatch orders within one business day from order placement (times may vary during promotional periods). Some order items may be dispatched from our Australian
warehouse. If this is the case you will be notified as soon as possible after order placement with estimated shipping timeline.
Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently do not ship internationally. Sign up to our emailing list to receive all shipping updates from The Comfort Co.
Which couriers do you use?
The Comfort Co. uses the following couriers:

How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat delivery rate of $4.95.
Can I change the delivery details on my order?
If your order has not been dispatched, we can amend order details. Please contact us via email info@thecomfortco.com.sg or initiate a live chat with us to correct any delivery details prior to dispatch.
